• The course may extend beyond or conclude earlier than six months, depending on the over all batch’s proficiency level. 
• Assignments will involve a dummy client to simulate practical scenarios. While every effort will be made to replicate key real-life applications, the course focuses on simplified samples to emphasize key concepts and practical learning.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from sharing voice notes, documents, examples, or any course materials with others or on social media.
• Concepts not critical from a practical perspective may be covered briefly or through supplementary notes for future reference.
• The primary trainer will be CA Noman Merchant, but additional faculty may be brought in for specific topics as deemed necessary.
• Voice notes may not follow a fixed schedule. They may occasionally be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, including the trainer’s professional commitments. However, efforts will be made to ensure the course proceeds smoothly. and effective resolution.
• The candidate’s inability to perform in the assignments does not, in any way, reflect the quality of the training provided or the level of instruction delivered during the programme.
• Candidates may cancel their enrolment anytime with a proportionate refund – no questions asked. Feedback on the cancellation may be requested to improve the programme. The calculation of the refund amount, as determined by our team, will remain final and binding.
• Candidates may be, for their personal reference, advised to purchase additional books or reference materials from the market, if required.
